Hi all.iz been so v long since my last post, mainly cos i sort of gt too tired of posting everydae, and well, dere's nth to post abt realli.
however, alot of things happened since e last post, lyk inves(YUP, I'M OFFICIALLY A STUDENT COUNCILLOR..CANT BELIEVE IT MYSELF), and overseas trip during e march hols to thailand.
Time fly by real quick, and todae is alr the first dae of e june hols.very soon, e hols will end and e mid yr exams will be upon me again.since mrs lim reprimanded us in claz e other dae(1 hr..),i've been telling myself iz nv too early to start mugging.afer all, iz juz 1 mth away.
e main thing i wana post about is my views about jc life.(mrs lim inspired me..sort of..)in her "speech", she said we din put in enuf effort into our work.i cant blame her for saying dat, afer all, i din realli try when i saw e ques was e same type i dun noe how to do.but i seriously felt dat she was kinda..overly worked up.she cant blame us for everything.do u c teachers blaming e rigid education system we were subjected to since 7?let's count..1,2,3..10 yrs of "practise and practise over and over wat u noe to do well", and now when we step into jc, we haf to "practise wat u duno".seriously, i myself cant do it.however do u do smth u dun understand a single s*** about?iz ironic.and when we do wat we duno, we screw everyting up, and hafta redo everyting when we understand it.come on teachers, spare us e trouble(and save more trees by not letting us waste paper) and juz teach us bfore asking us to do tutorials!dis system of tutorial before lectures makes me sick.
since pri sch, teachers teach, den gif u hmwk, and when u do well in your work(BECAUSE WE UNDERSTAND)you feel gd.Now comes jc.before u finish e series of lectures, u r already finishing ur tutorials.and when u check, u gt 90-100% wrong.pls.is dis some mean to demoralise us or smth?teach less learn more.u cant expect us to learn anyting when u haven even finish teaching e less part.
i dun mean no offence, but i juz tink iz too big a transition for my batch.juz ask e math department abt e survey dey conducted.u'll understand.
